Panicum series

Panicum series 15× 15 × 9 cm, mixes technique, 2015

The houses set in the little glass-box containers (as part of the Panicum series) displays objects that are protected and at the same time cut off from the external world. Nevertheless, the fragility of the glass and the delicacy of the paper renders them utterly vulnerable to being destroyed. Also, by placing them on swings a sense of precariousness and uncertainty is evoked in the viewers.
